At Lorac Academy, we are proud to be a Class A CDL training school serving students from Greensboro, North Carolina and surrounding areas. We have experienced instructors dedicated to our students’ success. In fact, we won’t just teach you the driving skills you need to safely drive your truck and pass your test; we’ll even help you with career placement once you have obtained your CDL. We go above and beyond, and we are more than just a school.
While we are known for being a CDL training school, we are also a testing facility, and we welcome non-student CDL testing. If you have completed the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) required training somewhere else, we can still test you at either of our two locations in Durham and Greensboro. The process will still be the same: you will need to pass a written knowledge test and skills application test to earn your CDL.
We care about the success of every individual who wants to earn their CDL and become a truck driver, whether they are a student of ours or not, so we are proud to be able to serve non-students at our facility. This offers greater flexibility for those who wish to complete their training in another way before coming to us for CDL testing, and it allows us to support all future truck drivers.
